The Mandalika International Street Circuit offers multiple access points to ensure a smooth and efficient entry process for all visitors. Whether arriving by car or shuttle, clear signage and staff assistance help guide spectators to their designated areas. Security checks are in place at all entrances, where visitors must present their ticket and identification for verification. Bag checks may also be conducted to ensure safety.

Parking facilities are available near the circuit, with shuttle buses running between designated lots and entrance gates. Public transport and rideshare (Grab Taxi) services also provide convenient alternatives for reaching the venue.

Arriving early is highly recommended, especially on race day, to avoid congestion and allow time for security procedures. Visitors should check for any event-specific guidelines or entry restrictions before heading to the circuit. Keeping tickets and identification ready and following the directions of event staff will help ensure a seamless entry experience.

For a secure and enjoyable experience at the Indonesia MotoGP, attendees are encouraged to review the guidelines on allowed and prohibited items.

Allowed Items:

  • Food & beverages – Visitors may bring small quantities for personal consumption, such as a bottle, sandwich, piece of fruit, or snack. Authorities may require bottles to be brought in without caps. Multiple food and drink stands are available for purchase.
  • Helmet storage – Helmets can be brought into the stands, but no designated storage area is provided. A helmet storage service is available near the Circuit Shop, managed by Moto Clube de Mandalika, with conditions and costs set by them.
  • Photography & videography – Personal photos and videos are allowed, but professional equipment such as large cameras with lenses longer than 200mm, video cameras, and tripods are not permitted. Recording devices are allowed only for personal use.
  • Sun umbrellas & camping chairs – Allowed only in general admission areas, provided they do not obstruct other spectators' views.

Prohibited Items:

  • Alcohol, liquids & banned substances – No outside food, drinks, or alcoholic beverages allowed.
  • Bags exceeding 40 cm x 40 cm – Large luggage, backpacks, and tote bags are not permitted.
  • Dangerous objects & weapons – Includes knives, guns, metal/plastic knuckles, stun guns, and self-defence sprays.
  • Electronic cigarettes & tobacco products – Liquid vape, heated tobacco, and unsealed cigarette packs are prohibited.
  • Flammable materials – Items such as gasoline, kerosene, pressurized substances, and cologne are not allowed.
  • Large banners & flags – Posters, flags, and banners larger than A4 size are restricted.
  • Professional recording equipment – Unauthorized cameras, video, and audio recording devices, including GoPros and tablets, are not allowed without accreditation.
  • Suspicious or potentially dangerous objects – Includes laser devices, tools, powders, umbrellas, selfie sticks, and other poles.

Multiple parking areas are positioned around the circuit to accommodate the large influx of spectators. These designated zones are planned to ease traffic flow and reduce congestion, helping fans reach the venue smoothly.

Several parking areas are linked to the circuit via dedicated shuttle services, offering an efficient way to transport spectators to the entrances. To ensure a hassle-free experience, always confirm that you are using the appropriate shuttle for your ticketed grandstand. Staff and clear signage will be available in parking zones to assist with directions and ensure you arrive at your designated area comfortably and on time.
