Ride-sharing options such as Uber have dedicated drop-off zones, though heavy traffic can be expected, especially on race day.

Visitors should pack light and adhere to the list of prohibited items, which includes large bags, outside food and drinks, and professional camera equipment. The weather in Miami can be hot and humid, so it's advisable to bring sunscreen, a hat and a refillable water bottle.

Parking

The Miami Grand Prix offers a variety of parking options to accommodate fans. Official parking lots are located around the Hard Rock Stadium, requiring advance booking, with prices ranging from $70 to $500 depending on proximity and services. Some lots allow direct walking access to the circuit, while others offer shuttle transport. Expect heavy traffic, particularly after sessions, so early arrival and planning are essential.

For a more affordable alternative, local residents offer unofficial parking options near the circuit, typically charging around $50 for the weekend. These spots are often located along NW 207th St and other nearby areas.

Public transport, including Metrorail and shuttle services, provides an efficient alternative to driving. Ride-sharing services such as Uber and Lyft also have designated drop-off zones, but delays should be anticipated due to congestion.

Accommodation

Attending the Miami Grand Prix offers various accommodation options to fit different budgets and preferences. Miami Beach, especially South Beach, is a popular choice with luxury hotels and nightlife, but it's typically an hour's drive from the circuit—race-day traffic can make it much longer.

Downtown Miami offers a more urban stay with easy access to dining and entertainment. While public transport is available, heavy traffic may still cause significant delays. Aventura, around 30 minutes from the stadium under normal conditions, provides a good balance of proximity and comfort, but travel times can increase due to congestion.

Fort Lauderdale, about 18 miles away, offers quieter and more affordable lodging, but race-day traffic may extend the drive well beyond the usual 40-50 minutes.

Luxury hotels in Miami Beach offer premium amenities like spa services and exclusive events. Due to high demand and traffic challenges, booking early and considering public transport or shuttle services is highly recommended.
